If you are referring to Seville, it’s a beautiful place. I studied a hundred years ago at Friberg University in the Black Forest, but never made it over to Spain😢. On my bucket list.

This landed in my body like someone quietly taking my chin in her hands and reminding me that being the only one in my own corner is not a sign I am failing, it is often the first sign that something true is finally being born.
The way you name rock bottom as the place where everything false has already fallen away feels exactly right to me too, because that is the moment a woman’s body often becomes incapable of playing small on command, and instead starts moving with this deeper, almost cellular knowing that her light is not here to be managed, it is here to be seen.
